No. CardLogx avoids made-up "AI valuations". Prices come from live market pricing by condition and recent confirmed sales.
A spreadsheet only knows what you type into it. CardLogx identifies cards from a scan, pulls live market pricing, tracks cost basis through trades, syncs quantities with eBay and Shopify, imports orders with their fees and refunds, and calculates real profit per sale automatically. It also works on your phone at a card show.
Collection trackers show what your cards are worth. CardLogx is built for selling: it tracks what each card cost you, records sales and trades with real margin, lists to eBay and Shopify, runs card shows with Show Mode, and handles bookkeeping. You can still use it purely as a free collection tracker with unlimited inventory.
Yes. CardLogx was built by Avik Sengar to run his own Pokémon card business, Local Collectibles, after it outgrew a spreadsheet at $2 million in annual sales. Every workflow comes from real selling at shows and online.

CardLogx is built by a small, founder-led Canadian team for collectors and sellers worldwide. The company is 1001391484 Ontario Inc., doing business as CardLogx.
CardLogx was founded by Avik Sengar, who has collected Pokémon cards since age 6 and sold them for 8 years. He started his store, Local Collectibles, with $10,000 and grew it from $100,000 to $2 million in annual sales in four years. CardLogx grew out of the spreadsheet he used to run that business, the "Local Collectibles Card Log."
CardLogx is for anyone who buys, sells or trades cards: collectors organizing a collection, vendors selling at card shows and on social media, and online sellers running eBay and Shopify stores. The Free plan covers collectors, Collector covers show and in-person vendors, and Enterprise covers sellers automating across online channels.
CardLogx was built because card sellers end up tracking inventory, costs and sales across spreadsheets, marketplaces and notes. The founder ran a $2M-a-year card business from a spreadsheet and built CardLogx as the tool he wished he had: one place that knows what you own, what it cost and what you made.

Profit is the sale price minus the card's cost basis, marketplace fees, shipping and other costs. CardLogx pulls all of these into one real margin number for every sale.
CardLogx tracks trades with proportionate cost tracking: the cost of the cards you trade away is spread across the cards you receive, so each card keeps an accurate cost basis for when it sells.
CardLogx calculates real margin on every sale by pulling in the card's cost basis, marketplace fees, shipping and other costs. You see gain or loss per sale and P&L for your whole business.
Cost basis is what you paid for a card, including what you gave up in a trade. It's the number you subtract from the sale price to find your real profit. CardLogx records cost basis for every card and carries it through trades automatically.
Yes. Enter a PSA or BGS cert number, or scan the slab's label, and CardLogx fills in the card details automatically.

With CardLogx Enterprise, you list and crosslist cards to eBay and Shopify directly from your inventory in a few clicks. Item specifics, titles, descriptions and policies are filled in for you, so a listing that took minutes takes seconds.
Add your cards to CardLogx by scanning them, then list them to eBay from your inventory with the Enterprise plan. CardLogx fills in item specifics and details, keeps quantities in sync, and imports each order with its fees so you see real profit per sale.
Sellers report listing time dropping from about 2–5 minutes per item to about 30 seconds, since item specifics, titles, descriptions and policies are filled in from your inventory.
CardLogx connects through eBay's official API and OAuth as an authorized partner. You never share your eBay password, and you stay in control of your account and listings.

Show Mode groups every sale, purchase, trade and expense by event, including table fees and other costs, and shows real profit for that show.
